Reporting a game problem

Four details can turn a mystery into a fix.

You do not need to diagnose the problem. A short account of what you saw is more useful than a guess about what caused it.

  1. Give the page or game name.Paste the address if it is easy to do.
  2. Describe the expected and actual result.Tell us what you tried, what you expected and what happened instead.
  3. Name your device and browser. For example: iPhone with Safari, or Windows laptop with Chrome.
  4. Add a screenshot when it helps.A picture is useful for visual, layout and error-message problems, but is never required.

What to expect

A real mailbox, with sensible boundaries.

Puzzle Workout is a small independent project. Messages are reviewed by the people working on the games and pages, although a personal reply is not guaranteed for every suggestion.

Can you recover my score?
No. Progress stays only in your browser, so we cannot see or restore an individual workout history.
Can I send a puzzle idea?
Yes, but sending an idea does not create confidentiality, payment or an agreement to use it. Please keep the first message brief.
Is this medical support?
No. Puzzle Workout is recreational and does not assess intelligence, cognition or neurological health.
Will you reply?
We prioritise clear accessibility reports, broken games and factual corrections. Some messages may be handled with a site update rather than an individual response.
